Returns & Refunds

If there was a mistake made in your order, please contact me at brine.dyeworks@gmail.com within 5 (five) days of receiving your yarn. I will do my best to correct any mistakes made in filling your order as quickly as possible.

Please note, in all other instances, sales are considered final. I do my best to display reasonably accurate photos of the yarn. However, color settings vary on different devices. I am not a photographer and do not alter my photos in any way; colorways that appear notably different in person, to my eye, have had notes made on their individual listings. I ask that you please review the photos and notes for each listing before making a purchase, and that you double check the base information to make sure you are selecting what you want.

 

RETURNS

In order to be eligible for return, your yarn must be in the state that you received it in: clean, unused, smoke-free, and in skein-form (or a flat hank for vacuum sealed shipping). If yarn has been exposed to smoke, wound into a cake or ball, or otherwise altered, it is not returnable under any circumstances. 

Eligible returns must be requested by email within 5 days of receiving your yarn. Request may be made by emailing me at brine.dyeworks@gmail.com.

Once I have received your request, I will respond with instructions. Please do not ship any returns to me without first contacting me.

 

REFUNDS

Once your return is received,  I will inspect it, and will also notify you as to whether I can approve your refund or not.

If you are approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 business days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for both the purchase and return of your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping from your initial purchase will not be included in your refunded amount.

If you are shipping an item over $75, tracked and/or insured shipping is advised.  I will not be held responsible for any returned packages that get lost in the mail, and refunds will not be issued for returns that I do not receive.
